About the Role

As a German Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries from customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will be working in a hybrid or remote work environment, reporting to a Customer Service Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries from customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat

  • Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database
  • Offer recommendations to common problems or FAQs (frequently asked questions)
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* Fluency in German language (C1-C2 level)

  • Previous experience in customer service will be considered as an asset
  • Tech savvy
  • Proficient English Skills (Oral & Written)
  • Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking, and passionately communicative

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a BPO or call center environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse customer bases and cultures
