Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support and driving customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
