We're now seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer contact agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to online chats, participating in proactive outbound campaigns, and maintaining our CRM database. Your strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and customer-first mindset will be essential in this dynamic role.

Your Role as Customer Contact Agent:

As a customer contact agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls with customers in a professional and efficient manner
  • Responding to inbound online chats with customers in a timely and effective way
  • Participating in proactive outbound campaigns to engage with customers and drive sales
  • Accurately updating and managing customer data in our CRM system
  • Working closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

To Succeed in This Role, You Should Bring:

* Fluency in French and Dutch (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with our customers

  • Ability to understand English for internal communication and tools
  • Customer contact experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Commercial mindset and ability to upsell when appropriate
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and organized spirit to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a strong asset
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus, but not required
