Job Overview

As a Customer Service / Customer Loyalty Keynote/Guest Speaker, you will provide expert-led, purpose-driven keynote and guest speaking engagements that align strategic messaging with event objectives. You will deliver targeted content and insights tailored to Customer Service / Customer Loyalty topic areas, collaborating with our Speakers Bureau to engage diverse audiences with authenticity and impact. Your role will involve:

Responsibilities and Duties

* Provides targeted content and insights tailored to Customer Service / Customer Loyalty Topic Areas while collaborating with a Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) as part of a General/Other Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline/Category with the objective(s) of engaging audiences through expert knowledge, real-world experience, or motivational storytelling

  • Delivers value by educating, inspiring, and energizing event participants
  • Often aligned with the event theme or goals to reinforce key messages
  • Customer Service / Customer Loyalty speakers specialize in delivering compelling insights, stories, or strategies within their area of expertise
  • Engage audiences through education, motivation, and actionable guidance rooted in their field

Qualifications

  • Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent practical, professional, or lived experience in relevant subject area accepted + Current or previous role aligned with General/Other activities driving qualifications as a Customer Service / Customer Loyalty Keynote Speaker + Demonstrated subject-matter expertise and public speaking experience; ability to engage diverse audiences with authenticity and impact
