Experienced Customer Success Manager – Payments Industry Expert

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in upholding our core value of placing the customer first, providing exceptional service, and acting as an advocate for client needs.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with partners, bridging gaps between implementation and execution, and ensuring a unified customer experience. You'll work closely with internal teams to identify and address customer needs, providing education and support to ensure partner success. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving customer loyalty, retention, and happiness.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners, fostering a deep understanding of their needs and goals

  • Bridge gaps between implementation and execution, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Serve as a partner advocate, educator, and listening ear, providing guidance and support to ensure partner success
  • Contribute to the development of team processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date on product and API knowledge, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Maintain partner knowledge and enhancement requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
  • Problem-solve and collaborate with teams to address customer needs and concerns

We're Looking for Someone Who:

* Has 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Success role

  • Is a skilled problem-solver with a passion for "running to the fire"
  • Has a proven track record of delivering client happiness and driving customer success
  • Is proficient in Office products, Gmail, and has strong Excel skills
  • Possesses excellent communication and email acumen
  • Functions well under pressure and is goal-oriented
  • Has previous experience working in the Payments Industry or broader Fintech industry, or has a basic understanding of Payments
  • Is familiar with SaaS support and working with technical teams
  • Has experience with merchant underwriting, sub-merchant onboarding, or financial technology (a plus)
