About You
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth in B2B SaaS (healthtech preferred). Your expertise should include:
- 5+ years of Enterprise Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS (healthtech preferred)
- Experience managing a book of business > $3M ARR, building pipeline, and closing deals
- Strong Executive relationship-building, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience navigating complex, matrixed client relationships and driving retention
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and customer success tools
Responsibilities
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with sales and implementation to support smooth onboarding, ongoing training, and adoption of contracted functionality for Enterprise customers
- Forming deep relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor, and ensuring ongoing success, engagement, and strategic conversations with key executive stakeholders and decision makers
- Developing arenaflex product expertise to build credibility and add value for customers
- Conducting regular touchbases and quarterly business reviews across your accounts to ensure retention and strategic alignment between arenaflex and our customers
- Driving commercial negotiations with customers and internal legal and finance teams to efficiently and symbiotically close deals and restructure contracts
- Driving a feedback loop with cross-functional teams by gathering and synthesizing customer inputs to inform product development and prioritize roadmap enhancements
- Supporting accounts with custom reporting needs outside of the standard product
- Monitoring account health and proactively resolving and escalating issues to reduce churn
- Maintaining CRM hygiene, ensuring account records and documentation are up to date
- Pursuing ongoing healthcare industry and CRM platform education and training
- Contributing to team-wide initiatives to make arenaflex a great place to work and drive Customer Success department efficiencies
