The Role
As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and meeting team KPIs. You will be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, securely working with customers' sensitive information, and applying the latest and greatest customer happiness practices. You will also maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services, communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies, and be a key player in our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers

- Securely work with customers' sensitive information

- Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
What You Need to Succeed in This Role:
* Excellent Hebrew (at least C1 level in both spoken and written) and English B2 skills
- Experience in customer support
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Will Be a Great Plus:
* Experience in technical support
- Experience with CRM systems
