Your Impact:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Processing member requests (tickets) in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a quality product and full member education on their benefits and usage.
- Interacting with members via telephone and chat to provide support and assistance, including making inbound/outbound calls to members and providers to schedule appointments and close gaps in care.
- Searching for healthcare providers that meet members' needs, conducting further communication with providers, and partnering with leadership teams to determine the best strategies to support our members.
- Providing a WOW experience and exceptional care to our American customer base.
Your Experience:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 6 months of experience in the Customer Support/Service field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Proficiency in the English language (Upper-Intermediate+ level), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to ask questions, gather relevant information, think through solutions, and draw conclusions.
- Adaptability to frequent change, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to understand and leverage the most effective channels for communicating with others (internally and externally).
- A high level of empathy, presented in daily interactions with customers and peers.
- Good computer literacy skills in Office Suite and Google Programs.
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team, with a solid level of accountability and a commitment to delivering work on time.
Work Environment and Company Culture:
As a remote position, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work environment. However, you must reside in Poland and be available to work during US core hours (7:30 AM to 4:00 PM CST).
