Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you'll be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to promote products and services and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Assisting in identifying opportunities for improving customer experience and contributing to the development of new initiatives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A strong customer service orientation, with a passion for delivering top-notch service
  • The ability to work well in a team environment, with a collaborative and flexible mindset
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is an asset

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a marketing or sales environment
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other marketing tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a marketing or sales environment
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and a strong understanding of the marketing funnel
  • Experience with social media marketing and content creation
  • Certification in customer service or a related field is an asset
