Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer care department, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues related to faulty electricity bills, and participating in billing process optimization. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns

  • Resolve issues related to faulty electricity bills, working closely with our billing team to ensure accurate and efficient resolution
  • Participate in billing process optimization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to build trust and loyalty
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance customer experience and service delivery

Requirements

* First-hand experience in the energy sector or in billing, with a strong understanding of solar energy and its applications

  • Clear and friendly communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Confidence in handling MS Office, with experience with Wilken an advantage
  • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Experience in customer service or in a comparable position, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support
