Job Summary
We're looking for a highly motivated and solution-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support experiences to our customers, investigating and resolving customer inquiries, and interacting with customers, Customer Success Manager, and the sales team to handle a variety of post-sales service functions. Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Investigating and resolving customer inquiries regarding arenaflex products and services
- Interacting with customers, Customer Success Manager, and the sales team to handle a variety of post-sales service functions
- Providing ongoing support to customers on website navigation and technical issues
- Logging all calls and support requests
- Collaborating with the Customer Success Manager to identify and resolve customer issues
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and timely support
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve support experiences
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of inbound customer support experience
- Minimum of Associate's degree
- Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred
- Excellent in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills
- Strong PC skills required, including use of standard MS Office applications; knowledge of Salesforce a plus
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
- Knowledge of Salesforce and other customer relationship management tools
- Experience with customer support software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- $22 - $26 per hour, plus uncapped performance-based commission
