Role Description

As a Credit Card Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in handling routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels. You'll be responsible for providing industry-leading care and innovative solutions to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers, resolve complex issues, and provide personalized support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist over 100+ customers per day in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and problems.

  • Engage with customers about reward redemptions, customer information updates, card activations, making payments, processing lost or stolen cards, statement and APR inquiries, and credit line increase and decrease requests.
  • Utilize multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution.
  • Build the arenaflex brand by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:

* Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.

  • Comfortable with multi-tasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Minimum internet speed of 100 MBPS download/10 MBPS upload, with a wired internet connection required.
  • Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, telephones, printers, and calculators.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in written form, with strong written communication skills.
