Job Summary

We're looking for a highly experienced and skilled leader to join our team as the Director of Customer Service. As a key member of our global operations team, you'll be responsible for overseeing our customer care operations and teams across Mexico, Peru, and Brazil. You'll work closely with our global customer service leadership team to identify opportunities to improve performance and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

As the Director of Customer Service, you'll be responsible for:

  • Directing current reevaluated locales (Mexico, Peru, and Brazil) while adjusting to drive ideal execution and proficiency
  • Building a culture that upholds our essential intend to make the arenaflex experience stunningly better
  • Building and maintaining an elite presentation culture where workers are profoundly drawn in and spurred
  • Collaborating intimately with site authority and Worldwide Customer care the board to reliably offer unrivaled assistance and backing to arenaflex clients while conveying YoY cost proficiency
  • Leading and driving support projects and new drives that permit us to acquire experiences and recognize best practices to share across the worldwide CS organization
  • Creating, developing, and impacting new techniques and work processes to oversee functional scale proficiently
  • Supporting your group as an asset for heightening and eliminate barriers
  • Building solid scaffolds and tight organizations with cross-useful accomplices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years experience sloping and overseeing huge scope tasks at a multicountry level (1000+ representatives)
  • Demonstrated experience creating and driving enormous groups in a superior execution culture
  • History of building solid connections inside CS and cross-practical groups
  • Comprehension of electronic substance and streaming innovations liked
  • Information on and experience overseeing cross-useful groups (i.e., WFM, Learning and Advancement, Bits of knowledge, and so on.)
  • Solid logical abilities with the capacity to decipher and sum up complex execution and client information patterns to drive significant plans that are effective to the business
  • Experience introducing reports, patterns, and proposals to the group and senior administration

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a similar industry or with a similar company
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience with customer service software and tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
