Job Overview
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support, assisting callers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, billing, technical issues, and more. You will work with a variety of clients, each with their unique products and services, and will be expected to adapt quickly to new information and situations. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Assist callers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, billing, technical issues, and more
- Represent arenaflex with professionalism, courtesy, and accuracy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on client products and services
Requirements
* Must reside in an eligible U.S. state (see below for list of eligible states)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass a background check (required by client)
- Drug screening may be required for certain clients
- Must have a quiet home office setup with:
+ A desktop or laptop that meets minimum specifications + Reliable high-speed internet + Ethernet connection is required – your device must be hardwired to your modem using a Cat 5, Cat 6, or Cat 7 Ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted) + USB headset with microphone (no Bluetooth or wireless devices)
Training Details
Before servicing clients, you must complete a mandatory training and certification program:
- Duration: 4–6 weeks
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4 to 6 hours per day
- Session options: Morning or evening (chosen at the start and fixed for the entire training)
- You must successfully complete training and certification before beginning paid service
Compensation Structure
* Pay rates vary by client (typically $10–$16/hour once certified)
- You will be paid only after certification and servicing for 30 days (referred to as a “month in the hole”)
- Payments are issued on a bi-monthly schedule once servicing begins

As independent contractors, you are paid after the client releases funds to us. The 30-day delay ensures alignment with client pay cycles and verifies servicing stability post-certification.
