Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Benefits Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients virtually with enrolling in their benefits packages and providing personalized service and support for policyholders
• Conducting virtual presentations and consultations to promote company products with integrity and clarity
• Learning and maintaining accurate client records, as well as following up with customers to ensure their needs are met
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
