Job Summary

As a Product Manager, Customer Service, you'll be responsible for developing, managing, and executing customer service strategies that align with our product roadmap. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer service strategies
  • Maintain a working knowledge of customer service software and CRM systems
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide timely responses
  • Develop processes and procedures to ensure customer service goals are met
  • Manage customer service initiatives and track performance metrics
  • Assist with training customer service staff to ensure standards are met

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role with a focus on customer service

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think analytically and solve complex problems
  • Working knowledge of customer service software and CRM systems
  • Experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
