Position Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the front line for client support, providing exceptional service and solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your primary role will be to assist clients with understanding their benefit options, answer policy-related questions, and provide personalized support. You'll be trained to manage incoming communications, conduct virtual consultations, and maintain accurate records – all from your home office.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Explain insurance benefit options and answer coverage-related questions
- Assist with policy updates, claims information, and general client concerns
