Job Summary

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling emergency outages and providing exceptional support to our clients' customers during late-night hours. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a temporary opportunity for 12 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle emergency outages and provide exceptional support to customers during late-night hours

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer data and identify trends to improve customer support and experience
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement process improvements
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Skills

* Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills to handle emergency outages and customer issues

  • Ability to complete in-person training during regular business hours before transitioning to night shift
  • Analytical and computer literate with proficiency in Excel and Word
  • 45 wpm typing and speaking on the phone simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center environment

Required Education and Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience

Other Requirements

* Must be able to work extended hours or additional days depending on company needs

  • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment
  • Must reside on Oahu by time of hire

Additional Job Details

* Pay: $30/hr

  • Shift: 10:00pm to 6:00am
  • Temporary for 12-months from hire
  • Opportunity to work from home with all necessary equipment provided
  • Training will take place in our client's Downtown Honolulu office
