Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a temporary-to-hire basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, troubleshooting issues, and providing accurate resolutions to our customers. This is a seasonal role, running from September 6, 2025, to January 30, 2026, with the potential for long-term growth and development within arenaflex.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls and assisting with benefit questions in a professional and courteous manner
- Troubleshooting issues and providing accurate resolutions to our customers
- Updating customer records and documenting all interactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Delivering excellent service with patience and professionalism, even in high-pressure situations
- Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Customer service or call center experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
- Strong communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet and a distraction-free home workspace, ensuring you can focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Dependable attendance and punctuality, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals
