Job Summary
As a Customer Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to understand their needs, ensure they receive maximum value from our solutions, and identify opportunities for further collaboration. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, advocating for their interests within our organization while aligning our services to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they receive maximum value from our solutions
- Identify opportunities for further collaboration and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, advocating for their interests within our organization
- Analyze customer needs and identify solutions that meet their requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement account plans to drive growth and revenue
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure account success
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients receive the latest solutions and expertise
Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience selling Sage 100 (or similar ERP systems)
- Previous experience in account management or sales, preferably in a technology or software environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients
- Ability to understand and analyze customer needs and identify solutions
- Proven track record of driving growth and revenue in a customer-facing role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex customer issues

- Knowledge of the ERP software industry and market trends
- Certification in sales or account management (e.g., CRM, salesforce.com)
