About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative on our MyRepChat Support Team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients. MyRepChat is a web-based texting application that enables our clients to share vital financial information with their clients and prospects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting clients with questions and resolutions, aligning client expectations with our service, and identifying areas for improvement
- Attending screen share calls with clients and participating in regular meetings to discuss areas for improvement in the Support Team
- Being available during regular business hours for unexpected calls and meetings
- Maintaining a private and secure workspace, free from distractions, with an internet connection that meets our minimum requirements (5mbps/3mbps)
Compensation
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $15-17, depending on experience, plus monthly performance incentives. We're committed to recognizing and rewarding your hard work and dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work remotely and remain on task, with minimal distractions
- Ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
- Ability to apply critical thinking to problems, with a solutions-focused approach
- Ability to work with a computer and learn new software, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and tools
