Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our brand, providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll be responsible for resolving customer issues, answering questions, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of customer calls, emails, and chats in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues in a first-contact resolution approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems or similar
  • Ability to pass a background check and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role in a retail or call center environment

  • Knowledge of home goods and furniture industry
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (Spanish and English)
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
