Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our U.S. Member Service Center team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to arenaflex members through phone and chat interactions. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability will enable you to navigate complex situations and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and/or member-facing chats, providing timely and accurate information regarding arenaflex services, products, and policies.
- Determine member needs and offer personalized solutions, including resolving complex issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries.
- Operate as a liaison between arenaflex customers, vendors, buying, and operations staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats, demonstrating proficiency in multitasking and technical skills.
- Employ problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve order/product/delivery issues, providing a positive experience for arenaflex members.
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ecommerce Member Service Agent Certification after completion of 14-day training course
- Previous customer service experience, with a strong background in providing exceptional service and resolving complex issues
- Proficiency in typing (Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm) and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off

* Strong background in customer service, including excellent communication skills, prompt friendly service, and excellent follow-through
- Ability to adapt and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take ownership and solve problems, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach
- Ability to demonstrate learning and decision-making skills, with a willingness to grow and develop in the role
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Bilingual capabilities a plus

Benefits and Compensation
* Competitive hourly rate: $20.50 - $30.90 per hour
- Part-time schedule: 24 – 40 hours per week
