Job Summary

As a Data Analyst on our Disney+ Item and Shopper Experience team, you'll play a critical role in helping us understand our customers' behavior and preferences. You'll work closely with our data scientists, product managers, and marketing teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform our business decisions. Your expertise will help us optimize our product offerings, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analysis exercises, including data collection, data cleaning, and data visualization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet business objectives
• Work with SQL to extract and analyze data from various sources, including databases and data warehouses
• Develop and maintain relationships with research partners and stakeholders across the organization
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

• 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical software (e.g., R, Python)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

• Experience with data mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
