Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to multiple bank customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues related to reward points, shipments, and product purchases
- Assist customers in booking travel arrangements using their accumulated reward points
- Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and website functionality
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent (must be on resume)
- 6+ months of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Exceptional phone and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer populations
- Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
