Essential Functions
As a Seasonal Full-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
* Providing product information, reviewing alternative solutions if an item is out of stock, and placing orders for the customer
* Successfully negotiating and appeasing customers using a variety of methods established by arenaflex guidelines
* Checking inventory, processing returns, issuing replacements, and credits for damaged or defective merchandise
* Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School diploma or GED
* 1-2 years of previous customer service experience
* Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
* Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written, with capable data entry skills
* Ability to complete mandatory paid training for 4 weeks, with 100% attendance required

* A full-size or all-in-one desktop personal computer, or a traditional laptop personal computer that meets the minimum specifications listed below
* Windows 10 Home, Windows 10 Pro, or Windows 10 Pro for Workstations, or Windows 11 Home, Windows 11 Pro, or Windows 11 Pro for Workstations
* Mac IOS 12 or newer
* A PC that is fully updated with all current windows and all optional updates
* An anti-virus program running on your computer, such as Microsoft Defender
* Google Chrome as your primary web browser
* A webcam, external mouse, keyboard, and USB headset (wired required, wireless/Bluetooth headsets not acceptable)
* A minimum optimal screen resolution of 1920x1080
* 6 GB RAM or higher, but we recommend 8 GM or higher to support the work environment
* Enough free space available to both install needed systems and run these systems effectively
