Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Remote Workforce Management team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our information management processes. You'll be responsible for contributing, verifying, and maintaining various types of data into our systems, supporting the smooth operation of our planned operations and store network management.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Inputting and maintaining data accurately and efficiently into UPS data sets and systems
• Verifying and reconciling data discrepancies to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Performing regular data quality checks and reviews to identify and address errors
• Collaborating with colleagues to investigate data-related issues and implement solutions
• Complying with established data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency and standardization
• Handling sensitive data with utmost care and following data security protocols
• Providing timely updates and reports on data entry progress and completion

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or a related field is an asset
• Demonstrated experience in data entry or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail in data entry
• Solid organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a remote setting
• Experience with data entry software and systems is a plus
