Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through tele chat and live chat channels, ensuring timely and accurate solutions - Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing solutions to customers in a timely manner and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member when necessary - Accurately log and document customer interactions and technical resolutions, maintaining a high level of attention to detail - Proactively collaborate with other departments to improve customer support processes and procedures, driving continuous improvement and excellence - Continuously stay up-to-date on company products, services, and procedures in order to provide accurate information to customers and enhance their overall experience - Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and supportive relationship with our clients - Collaborate with other departments to improve customer support processes and procedures, driving continuous improvement and excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a tech support environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers - Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask - Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Positive and professional attitude, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure - Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning - Proficiency in commonly used customer service applications and software, with experience with live chat and tele chat systems a plus
