Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Tech Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a Tech Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via email, phone, and chat, resolving technical issues, and helping them achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat, responding to client inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's software application (Galileo FX Trading Robot), website, and YouTube channel to provide informed and effective support to clients
  • Conduct appointments and video calls with customers to troubleshoot or set up our software, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
  • Collaborate with our Senior Support Manager to identify and resolve complex technical issues, and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions, using our tracking system to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in customer support

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a remote or customer-facing environment

  • Proficient in English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools, such as Upwork
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with arenaflex's software application (Galileo FX Trading Robot) or similar products

  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and software development
  • Certification in customer support or technical support, such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL
  • Experience with video conferencing tools, such as Zoom or Skype
  • Strong knowledge of customer support best practices and industry standards
