Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on our products and services, and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide personalized solutions, and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through consultative selling, product knowledge, and personalized solutions

  • Provide expert advice on our products and services, including printing, signs & graphics, and shipping
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with our team to drive sales growth, meet sales targets, and exceed customer expectations
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and recommendations
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and events
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve our products, services, and customer experience
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized retail environment, adhering to arenaflex standards and regulations

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent education

  • 6+ months of specialized experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure, and maintain attention and concentration for extended periods
  • Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods, and move and lift 55 pounds
  • Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees, and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, report regularly to work, and maintain established business hours

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in retail, customer service, or a related field

  • Knowledge of printing, signs & graphics, and shipping products and services
  • Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and financial transactions
  • Ability to operate a variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues, and provide feedback and insights to improve our products and services
