Job Description

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote work-from-home basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving success by leveraging your skills and expertise to analyze complex datasets, develop high-quality presentation materials, and communicate insights to senior leaders. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Teams and Leaders within Network Planning and across Business Teams to ensure collaboration and alignment on multiple efforts and initiatives
• Analyze schedules and complex datasets to discover relevant insights for stakeholders
• Synthesize large amounts of data using SQL, Access, Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx
• Develop high-quality and well-timed presentation materials to inform and influence senior leaders
• Navigate the complexities of multiple Teams and engagements
• Analyze historical profitability and performance metrics to gain insight into future performance
• Contribute to the progressive development of opportunity community designs, connectivity structures, scheduling approaches, etc. that increase an extensive range of work streams to include future fleet plans, forecasted facility needs, labor and staffing optimizations, operational viability simulations, and business opportunity assessments, amongst others
• Deliver analysis and solutions that illustrate a clear understanding of the business challenge at hand, as well as the wider impact across the broader business organization and Company
• Communicate insights and effects to branch and Commercial/Operational Leaders with a communication approach that acknowledges the intended target audience and provides the recommended course of action using robust visualizations that support the storytelling behind the data
• May perform other task responsibilities as directed by Employee's Leaders

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data entry, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and develop insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights to senior leaders
• Proficiency in SQL, Access, Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the qualifications listed above, we prefer candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Knowledge of airline operations or a related industry
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
• Experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders
