The Role

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via our live chat platform. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your interactions will directly impact their experience with our brand. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries promptly and efficiently via live chat
  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers using the right methods and tools
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Meeting personal and customer service team targets and call handling quotas

Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (a plus)
