Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Specialist to join our team in a remote work-from-home (WFM) environment. As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via live chat, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and satisfactory manner

- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges as needed

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment
