Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers, answering a wide range of inquiries, and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and care, and you'll be empowered to make a real difference in their lives.
Responsibilities
* Answer in-coming member and provider calls and respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable, ensuring that all calls are handled securely and efficiently
- Collaborate with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and care
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
Requirements
* Must live within 50 miles of Princeton, NJ
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form
- Ability to work from home and prove to be self-sufficient
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working remotely in a call center setting
- Experience with Medicaid and Medicare
- Strong knowledge of healthcare services and benefits
- Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
