Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

* Salary: $13.00 per hour

Application Requirements
To apply for this role, you'll need to:
- Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
- Attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom (Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT)
- Work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
- Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
