Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our products and services. You will be responsible for providing accurate, timely, and empathetic responses, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex cases to senior representatives when necessary. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and product knowledge will enable you to deliver seamless experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and empathetic responses, resolving issues efficiently and escalating complex cases when necessary
  • Utilize product knowledge to address customer queries, ensuring seamless experiences and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and enhance customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates, changes, and new features to provide expert-level support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting

  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Patience and understanding, able to convey trust and confidence
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish or other languages)
