Our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) division is currently hiring a full-time customer service team to support our members' drug plans. As a customer service representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing high-quality service to our members.
Key Responsibilities
* Make phone calls and answer questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions to help members better understand their services and options
- Provide solutions to facilitate treatment and improve the quality of life for our members
- Work closely with instructors, self-paced modules, and leadership to complete 6 weeks of on-site training
- Meet HIPAA compliance and adhere to federal regulations
- Utilize computer experience with Windows-based applications to complete tasks efficiently
Qualifications
* 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
- Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
- Patience and understanding, able to convey trust and confidence
- Reliability and compliance with certain standards
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a healthcare setting or with health insurance plans
- Knowledge of pharmacy benefits and healthcare regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
