Our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) division is currently hiring a full-time customer service team to support our members' drug plans. As a customer service representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing high-quality service to our members.

Key Responsibilities

* Make phone calls and answer questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions to help members better understand their services and options

  • Provide solutions to facilitate treatment and improve the quality of life for our members
  • Work closely with instructors, self-paced modules, and leadership to complete 6 weeks of on-site training
  • Meet HIPAA compliance and adhere to federal regulations
  • Utilize computer experience with Windows-based applications to complete tasks efficiently

Qualifications

* 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Patience and understanding, able to convey trust and confidence
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare setting or with health insurance plans

  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefits and healthcare regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
