Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues
- Upselling if required
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- 6 months of Customer Service experience preferred
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure your success in this remote role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Internet Requirements:
- Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps
- Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 10.0 Mbps
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
- Proof of internet speed required
- Clean and quiet workspace
