Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Administrative and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and analyzing data to drive business growth. If you're a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individual with a passion for Excel and data analysis, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Administrative and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Submitting contractual changes to internal teams based on agreements on file
• Managing revenue-based tasks, including arranging new account setups and frequency changes
• Reading contracts and configuring pricing increases and monthly fees
• Auditing invoices and following up with customers to verify sales and contractual details
• Must be able to sign a WFH agreement that they will be operating in a quiet workplace free of distractions, and that this is not a replacement for childcare
• Must be able to be on-camera for some meetings

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and great time management skills
• Ability to use a phone and feel comfortable making multiple calls throughout the day
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to perform data entry
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis
• Ability to extract and analyze data up to thousands of line items

Software Skills

You'll need to be proficient in:

• Excel: Complex formulas are possible; advanced knowledge of Excel preferred
• Ability to extract and analyze data up to thousands of line items

Education and Experience

We're looking for candidates with:

• Project experience highly preferred
• Customer service experience preferred but not necessary, can be used in combination with project experience to determine years of experience range
• Must have experience working with Excel

Job Type

This is a full-time remote position, with a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $20.22 per hour. You'll work 40 hours per week, with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
