The Role

As a Portuguese Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and providing expert guidance to our users. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Resolve hardware, software, and user network issues over the phone, email, or chat

  • Respond to phone calls, emails, instant messages, and user tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Assign work orders and incidents to the appropriate support teams and follow through to closure
  • Diagnose issues through user conversations, including issue recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps
  • Open tickets, access users remotely, and guide them to restore normal operation of services as quickly as possible
  • Activate Support Analysts in case remote guidance is not successful, register and archive calls for control and evaluation of performance
  • Summarize monthly services and consequences in a spreadsheet and send to superiors for consideration
  • Perform other duties related to the position, as directed by superiors

Requirements

* Portuguese Bilingual (fluency in both spoken and written Portuguese)

  • Expert communication skills to advise and implement best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (training provided)

Work Schedule

* Monday - Saturday, 9 am - 5 pm (GMT-03:00) America/Sao Paulo

  • 48 hours per week
