Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and timely support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred

  • 0-1 year of customer service experience (no experience necessary; training provided)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible reduced hour schedule (30-39 hours per week) with occasional overtime
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality, call center)

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
