Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their entire travel journey. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide friendly and personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Handle customer transactions, including ticket sales, baggage claims, and other related services
  • Utilize our modernized retail location framework to efficiently manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role in the airline industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
