The Role

As a Part Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate and current shift entry records by inputting, verifying, and organizing various types of data. You'll work closely with our Operations Manager and Operations Specialist to complete assigned tasks, ensuring that all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent data accuracy, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Compile, sort, and correct data to be entered

• Accurately and efficiently enter one shift every two minutes
• Review and verify the accuracy of data to ensure it meets company standards
• Update and maintain records to reflect the most current information
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, data security, confidentiality, and operations guidelines
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions
• Run schedules QA for all entered shifts as necessary
• Willingness and flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends

• Other duties as assigned

Shift Schedule:

* Nights and weekends required

• 1.5 hour shifts
• No more than 3 shifts in one business day
• Data Entry Specialist works an average of 15-20 hours per week

What We're Looking For:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Commitment to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with coworkers
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Proficient in web browser and Slack
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established policies and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

* Healthcare or staffing industry experience

• Prior experience working remotely
• Data entry experience or related office experience

Compensation and Benefits:

* The base salary for this role is $14 per hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, and may vary from the amount above.
