As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and driving lead generation for our automotive dealer clients.

Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction
- Providing detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and drive lead generation for our clients
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it is preferred)
- Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM and a preference for 40 WPM or above
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training
- Attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM
- Be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week
- Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
