Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers to provide information, resolve issues, and exceed their expectations. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, escalating complex cases to senior representatives or management as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints, using arenaflex's CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and arenaflex's policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual Spanish (not required but a plus)
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
