Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing world-class customer service to Amazon customers through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.
  • Resolving customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assisting customers with product information, order status, returns, refunds, and more.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of Amazon's policies and products to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Meeting and exceeding performance targets related to response times, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable with using various computer programs and systems.
  • A reliable home office setup, including a stable internet connection.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
