About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team, working remotely to drive success in our web and cloud application development. This role is a stepping stone to great career achievements, offering a competitive salary and a dependable work environment. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Expanding and managing a shared D&I strategic vision for external games, including exceptional practices, programs, desires, and budget
• Inspiring the external games group to integrate the D&I strategic vision as an essential part of our game sourcing, development, and design framework
• Partnering with external games teams to ensure diversity is an essential part of our game sourcing, development, and design frameworks
• Working with game teams to support their inclusive design needs
• Working with the Production Director and VP, External Games to create a clear games business impact methodology to define how we will effectively serve the industry, as well as aid and extend underrepresented expertise
• Overseeing daily operations of all programs related to the initiative, applying structured methodology to guide change management activities
• Leading a small team of project managers and producers with a focus on accessibility

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience in game diversity, inclusion, and accessibility
• Experience in game development environments across mobile and PC
• Enjoy and knowledge in inclusive game development, particularly implementing high-level methodology into successful programs that drive change
• Enjoy planning and leading programs from a game production perspective to support driving change in our games portfolio
• Enjoy leading through influence and thought, with the ability to cultivate relationships to promote results
• Expertise of the landscape and new inclusion, accessibility, and representation trends in new media, tech, and the entertainment industry
• An uncanny knack for arriving at solutions through unconventional strategies and developing a plan to put them into action
• Obsession with playing and developing games
