Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales support, and operational tasks that drive the success of our learning center. You'll work closely with students, parents, and center staff to build strong relationships, resolve inquiries, and deliver a world-class experience. Responsibilities
* Positively interact and engage with students and parents, building rapport, establishing trust, and answering any inquiries
- Conduct sales outreach via phone, email, text, lead follow-up, program consultations, and signing up new families into the program
- Data entry and spreadsheet management of all key sales and operational activities
- Conduct student assessments, grading, and printing materials and reports for parent reviews
- Digital Marketing tasks include writing blogs and posts on social media and website channels
- Support center staff with administrative and cleaning tasks
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the learning center
Qualifications
* Recent college graduate with a degree in mathematics, sciences, engineering, communications, or teaching
- Strong foundational math skills up to Algebra 2+
- Prior working experience in customer service
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Excellent PC, MS Office skills, and data entry skills
- Strong work ethic, punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Must be available to work 1 PM-7 PM Monday - Friday, and Saturday from 9 AM - 1 PM
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience teaching or working with students
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
