Job Summary
As an Insurance Claims Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in servicing property damage claims, checking the status of claims for updates, providing necessary information, and answering questions via phone and email. Responsibilities
* Service property damage claims, ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate information
- Check the status of claims for updates, providing clients with clear and concise information
- Provide necessary information to clients, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer questions via phone and email, resolving issues and escalating complex cases as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient claim resolution
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and client satisfaction
Essential Skills
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- 1+ year of high-volume call center experience, with a proven track record of success
- Experience with servicing property damage claims for auto, including claims handling and resolution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting performance metrics and deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and other technology platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in insurance claims customer service, with a focus on property damage claims
- Certification in claims handling or customer service, such as CIC or CSRM
- Experience with claims management software, including Xactimate or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex claims issues
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication

* Competitive salary, ranging from $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
