What You'll Do

As a Hybrid Customer Care Pro- Corporate Card Member, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to Corporate and Small Business Card Members through inbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Building strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and concerns, and providing personalized solutions and recommendations
  • Delivering high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate American Express Corporate Card services and benefits
  • Continuously improving your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Documenting necessary account information according to established policies and procedures
  • Adhering to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication
  • Proven success in a customer service call center environment, with a track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment
  • Open availability for scheduling, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred; education benefits available
